Koreans think sharing food bonds them.

My favorite thing to do on Tuesday and Thursdays is to take students for a walk to the store. We skip down the street, hand in hand, singing "You Are My Sunshine." I buy them a snack their Mother would frown upon. For cheon won these chips made one girl's mouth very happy:

  1. Ooh, the new bills are pretty!

Hey, have you ever seen a 5 or 1 won coin? I have a 1 won around somewhere. I think they're made of aluminum or something. Very small and light. I wanted a 5 won (they have Admiral Yi Sun Shin's turtle boat on them) but never could get ahold of one.
