I have the Canon 400D/XTi/Kiss Digital X which I picked up at the Canon store in Namdaemun. Since I got the Japanese model I saved money by avoiding the Korean warranty.
Snapping pictures with an digital SLR is so much more enjoyable versus a point and shoot, don't ya think? Both have their pros and cons though! :)
